The Hotels will not accept reservations directly.  Reservations should be made through Advance Group On-line for instant confirmation, or by completing the Hotel Reservation form found below and faxing it to the number listed.

Important Information:

The deadline for reservations is April 24th, 2006.  Requests received after this date will still be accepted, but on a space and rate availability basis only.

All hotel prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars, per room, per night.  Rates are subject to an additional 10% hotel tax and 7% GST.  Visitors residing outside of Canada are eligible for a GST rebate on the guest room portion of their bill.  GST rebate forms are available for you at your hotel when checking out.

DOUBLE BED OCCUPANCY NOTE (4 bed request):
Please note that both the Town Plaza Suite and Whistler Cascade Lodge have a limited number of 2 bedrooms suites consisting of -1 Queen bed in each room and a pull out sofa - Total 3 beds. A cot is available for an extra $10.00 extra per night. To request this option, please DOWNLOAD the Hotel Reservation Form and under the Room Occupancy section, please request a 2 bedroom suite and under the Special Request Section, please state: REQUEST COT.
