Submission
Please read through the submission instructions listed below before preparing your abstract.
Step 1: Download the following template and insert/add your abstract text
(Abstracts must not exceed the one page limit).
Download Template (MS Word File) Internet Explorer Instructions: Right click and "Save Target As..." / Netscape: Right click and "Save link as..."
Step 2: While completing the Online Submission process, it will be necessary to attach/upload your abstract(s) to your record (in the template format).
Step 3: When providing the details of your abstract, you will be asked to choose the topic that is most appropriate for your abstract. Please print the list of themes available: List of Themes.
Step 4: All Required [REQ] fields on the online abstract submission form must be completed. Please print a copy of the abstract submission form for your records prior to clicking the submit button. Please note that we will only accept one (1) abstract per presenting author.
Step 5: Do not resubmit your abstract for any reason other than a notified submission error. If you do not receive a confirmation email with a receipt number that your abstract was successfully uploaded, please contact the Conference Management Office.
Step 6: Click on the button below to access the submission page
Step 7: If you require a Visa Letter, please send your request in writing to the Conference Manager.
Step 8 : Accepted Authors must REGISTER no later than April 24, 2006, in order to be published in the Book of Abstracts.
